SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Payment information such as your credit card is collected by a third-party ONLY.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT
Our store uses Stripe to process your payment. Stripe encrypts your data through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Minors
We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children. If we obtain knowledge that we have collected information on a minor, that information will be immediately deleted from our database.
Security
Beacon strives to safeguard and protect our customers’ information. When members submit personally identifiable information to Beacon, their personally identifiable information is protected both online and offline. When our registration process asks registrants to submit Sensitive Information, and when we transmit such Sensitive Information, that Sensitive Information is encrypted and protected with SSL encryption software. While we use SSL encryption to protect Sensitive Information online, we protect all other user information online and offline. The Third Party Agent servers that we utilize to store personally identifiable information in are kept in a secure physical environment. The Third Party Agent has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of personally identifiable information stored on its servers.
Although Beacon takes precautions when managing your data, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, even with encryption. Therefore, we cannot warrant that your information will be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data at or through our Site is at your own risk. However, access to your personally identifiable information is strictly limited, and not accessible to the public. Only staff, and third party agents, that need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to your information when it relates to an internal task. There may be a short delay of up to a few business days while your request is being verified, deployed and processed across our servers. Beacon may continue to contact you for the purpose of communicating information relating to your purchases, as well as respond to any inquiries, requests, or services rendered.
